Paolo Susnik

Paolo Susnik was born in Cagliari, Italy in 1964 and holds an Electrical Engineering degree. Paolo is currently serving as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Tiscali on international level, and has been since the founding of the company in 1998.

Since 2002,  Paolo is also serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tiscali International Network BV, a Tiscali subsidiary focused on delivering leading IP Transit, MPLS, Remote Peering and Ethernet connectivity services to the wholesale market of Carriers and xSPs in Europe, North America and Asia.

Prior to his integration to Tiscali, Paolo worked directly with Tiscali founder Renato Soru between January-December 1996 and contributed to the start-up and new business development of Video OnLine in Prague, Czech Republic.

From May 1995 to January 1996, Paolo represented IBM at the Digital Audio Video Council -- the International Committee for the standardisation of the interactive television.
