Teleperformance, a leading contact center expert, announced that Tiscali Denmark has won the CRM Grand Prix 2004 Award for service quality excellence in the Danish internet and fixed line services industry..

Tiscali won this prestigious customer service award ahead of its Danish competitors. The CRM Grand Prix assessed a number of companies in 10 different branches to determine which company provided the best quality of service to customers via telephone and email. Tiscali was awarded the prize due to its continued ability to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers at the highest levels.

CRM Grand Prix Customer Service Awards measures the standards of service offered over the telephone by companies in the telecommunications and internet industry. Nominees for the award were evaluated by Teleperformance on the basis of a series of mystery phone calls.
