Tiscali partners with MedFilm Festival 2007

The partnership with the MedFilmFestival borns with the aim to contribute to the spreading of the culture by means of a preferential point of view to the multicultural and multiethnic cinema, consistent with the democratic vision of the Internet, all along promoted by Tiscali, and will allow to offer to Tiscali users the brand new novelties proposed by MedFilmFestival. The movies in competition at the festival will be accessible both by Tiscali portal ( www.tiscali.it  ) and shortly on the new Tiscali IPTV service.

Over along the festival, at http://video.tiscali.it/medfilm2007/ , a huge selection of Italian and International short films will be presented, selected and proposed exclusively to Tiscali portal users who, with their vote, will award the winner.  In fact, thanks to the entry of Tiscali among the event partners, the festival is enriched of two new awards: Cinema with a Passion-Tiscali Award, that will be awarded by the Jury to the best short film and best full-length film in competition, and Cinema with a Passion-Premio del Pubblico, awarded to the Tiscali portal users most voted short film.
