Foldera partners with Tiscali Services to launch the Foldera service in Europe

Huntington Beach, Calif.- Foldera(TM), Inc. (OTCBB:FDRA - News), the next-generation productivity suite and email service for small businesses worldwide, announced today that it has signed a partnership agreement with Tiscali Services a subsidiary of the Tiscali Group to launch Foldera Europe.

On the basis of the new partnership, Tiscali Services will provide Foldera with the technical infrastructure it requires to for the Company to market its productivity software service in the European marketplace.

Lusk noted that the launch of Foldera Europe is a huge step for Foldera's international expansion and really puts the company on the map.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tiscali Services will deliver the Foldera service to European service providers using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. This approach eliminates the need for the service providers who resell Foldera to build out infrastructure, develop software or host the Foldera service themselves.
