Completed disposal of Tiscali Belgium

Cagliari, 27th December 2004 - Following the approval of Belgian Competition Authority, the sale of the subsidiary Tiscali N.V to Scarlet Belgie Holding B.V has been completed for a total amount of Euro 19 millions in cash.

The disposal was announced on November 29th.
