Ruud Huisman to succeed Renato Soru as CEO of the Tiscali Group

Cagliari, 2nd March 2004 - Ruud Huisman to succeed Renato Soru as CEO of the Tiscali Group Tiscali's board of directors has unanimously chosen Ruud Huisman to succeed Mr Renato Soru as CEO of Tiscali. Mr. Soru will remain Executive Chairman of the board of directors of the company. Mr. Huisman's appointment will be proposed in the next annual general shareholders' meeting to be held in April 2004. Until then, he will act as Managing Director of Tiscali.
