Completed the disposal of Tiscali Switzerland

Cagliari, 16th September 2004 - Tiscali today has signed the closing of the sale of its subsidiary Tiscali AG to the Swiss ISP Smart Telecom SA for CHF 8 million (5.3 million Euro ca.) in cash. The disposal was announced on September the 13th.
