Tiscali: sale of Tiscali Denmark for EUR 20.7 millions

Cagliari, 1st February 2005 - Tiscali Denmark A/S to Tele2 A/S a subsidiary of Tele2 AB for a total consideration of EUR 20.7 millions in cash, which brings total proceeds from the disposal plan implemented so far to over EUR 120 millions. As at 31 st December 2004, Tiscali Denmark had over 26,000 ADSL customers.

The divesture of Tiscali Denmark, represents a further step in the strategic plan announced by the Tiscali Group aimed at focusing in its core markets and at raising resources to meet its financial commitments.
