Tiscali: Offers for the French subsidiary

Cagliari, 3rd March 2005 -The Board of Directors of Tiscali SpA has analyzed today the offers received for the acquisition of the French subsidiary, Liberty Surf Group and has empowered the Executive Directors for the execution of the transaction.
