Closing of the disposal of German B2C activities to Freenet

Cagliari, 1st March 2007 - Tiscali announces the closing of  the Tiscali’s narrowband and broadband customer base disposal in Germany to Freenet AG, following German antitrust approval and fulfilment of the other closing conditions.
