Denied contacts with Wind

Cagliari, 28th March 2007 - With regard to what has been published today on an Italian newspaper, Tiscali and the shareholder Renato Soru deny the existence of any ongoing transactions with Wind.

Renato Soru also declares that he is not interested in selling his stake in Tiscali.
