Tiscali rights issue

Cagliari, 27 November 2007 - Tiscali S.p.A communicates to have been informed of the intention of its shareholder Renato Soru to subscribe proportionally to his stake the rights issue of up to EUR 150 million which it is expected to be executed by the first months of 2008.
