Tiscali: appointment of financial advisors

Cagliari 31st March 2008 - JPMorgan and Banca IMI appointed as financial advisors of Tiscali. This appointment follows the decision of the Board of Directors to empower the CEO Mario Rosso to commence a process aimed at maximising the strategic value of the Group. Borghesi Colombo & Associati will act as advisor of the Company. With regard to what has been reported by the press, in compliance with Consob's request, the Company specifies that there are no formal offers by operators neither for the whole Group nor for individual assets.
