Tiscali Business presents OfficeOne Special

Cagliari, 11 ^th July 2008. Tiscali Business Services, the business unit dealing with products and services dedicated to public and private companies , goes on its strategy of focusing on SME and presents today the new converged service (voice and internet) Tiscali OfficeOne Special, realized and marketed in partnership with leading switchboard and telephonic equipment suppliers.

OfficeOne Special is the new Tiscali Business Voip service that puts together connectivity, traditional voice and VOIP, and that allows to free from Telecom Italia keeping the existing switchboard or buying a new one. OfficeOne Special offers, besides ADSL 2+ or SHDSL, flat connectivity with the usual and reliable features of Tiscali Business services, the voice over IP on more phone lines.  

As far as the voice is concerned, it is possibile to use up to 8 contemporary phone lines/fax keeping Telecom Italia number (up to 32 telephonic numbers), taking advantage of favourable rates to call local, national and mobile numbers. In order to make the usability of the product much more versatile, an Integrated Access Device (IAD) is given without additional costs, and it is possible to connect to it both a switchboard and a local network used for the internet access.

The typical switchboard marketed to SME includes the VoIP, the integration with cordless DECT telephones, the courtesy service, music on wait and the Voice Mail for each user.

The aim of Tiscali partnerships with suppliers of telephonic equipments is also to offer to SME a “turnkey” service, in which connectivity, switchboard and telephonic equipments are bought by the client with a monthly fee. This kind of offer will simplify the purchasing process of companies, that will be able to defer the payment, keeping this way the control of their own monthly expenditure
