Standard&Poors’ has upgraded Tiscali’s corporate rating to B+, outlook stable

Cagliari, 8th February 2008 - Tiscali announces that Standard&Poors has upgraded its long-term corporate credit rating to B+, outlook stable, following the success of the rights issue which was 97.85% underwritten after the first phase of the option period ended on February 1st.
