Tiscali: update on the share repurchase programme

Cagliari, 29 th April 2008 - With reference to the plan for the repurchase of own shares, commenced, as communicated to the market, on 19th March 2008, Tiscali SpA announces the repurchase, on 18th April, of 2.600.000 own shares (0.45% of the share capital), at an average price per share of  € 2,379, for a counter value of about  € 6.2 millions.
