With a diploma in piano from the Lecce Conservatory of Music in 2003 and a degree in Law with a focus on Business in 2006 from the University of Lecce, Federica Capoccia qualifies as a lawyer in 2009.
After working in law firms in Milan and Cagliari, in 2011 she joins the Tiscali Group, with which she had already been working for several years, covering roles of increasing seniority in the legal and corporate affairs division, until becoming Head of Legal Affairs and Investor Relations in 2021.
From 2020 she holds the position of Corporate Secretary. She is in charge of institutional relations with Consob and the Stock Exchange and has participated in several extraordinary M&A transactions carried out within the Group.
